5. Purchases Made on Marketplace
5.1. Content Ownership
When you purchase a file through credits, you are granted a limited personal-use only license. For files acquired without using credits, you are also granted a limited personal-use only license, but this license is only available from the time the file is ready for download until the download link expires. In both cases, you do not have rights to use, copy, modify, or distribute the acquired content for commercial purposes. For content you upload to our platform, you retain ownership. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your uploaded content for the purpose of providing our services.
5.2. Marketplace Transactions
We act as an intermediary platform for buyers and sellers of digital files. While we strive to maintain a high-quality marketplace, please understand that we provide our best effort to curate the content for quality and printing success. Our team reviews files before they are made available on the platform, but we cannot guarantee perfection. This means potential issues could occur from time to time, and you may experience a file that does not work as expected or fails to print correctly. This can happen due to various factors, including but not limited to file compatibility issues, printer and material variations, or unforeseen technical problems.
5.3. Purchase and Refund Policy
In cases where you encounter a file that fails to print or function properly, we offer a refund of your credits under the following conditions:
- You must provide proof of print failure through a photo or video.
- The failure must be due to issues with the file itself, not user error or hardware problems. However in certain cases we may provide expert help to resolve your user error or hardware problems to guide you towards a successful print.
- To request a refund, contact us at contact@mattermanifest.com with your proof and a brief description of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, content, graphics, and other intellectual property on our Website belong to us, excluding third-party trademarks or service marks, which are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting, transmitting, or duplication of any of the material is prohibited. Users are expressly prohibited from using our content to create a competing site or for any other unauthorized purposes. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Our Website does not host or display paid advertising on behalf of any companies, brands, or entities. Any recommendations, endorsements, or reviews made on this Website are impartial and based solely on our research, experience, and evaluations.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to our Website, or refuse any and all current or future use of our services (or any portion thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe is harmful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms of Use. Additionally:
9.1 Suspension Due to Damaging Actions:

- Engaging in fraudulent activities resulting in loss of credits for other users

- Holdback any potential payouts associated with the infringing content

The above limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. If certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you.
