Level The Bed Properly on an Ender 3 S1 Pro
The Ender 3 S1 Pro comes with a PEI spring steel bed, manually adjustable knobs and CR Touch. To accurately level the bed, start by auto homing the printer and then setting the default Z Offset between the nozzle and center of the bed. Once a slight resistance from moving a piece of paper between the nozzle and bed is achieved, tram the four corners of the bed to match the center resistance. Finally launch the assisted leveling for the final tuning.
Reset Configurations and Manually Tram The Bed:

From the printer main screen, Select Settings > ADV. SET. > Restore All Set.
Next, Press Settings > Leveling and wait for the Extruder to move into place.
Slide a piece of paper between the bed and nozzle and select AUX. LVL. to begin tramming.
Press ① to start from the center. Move the paper until a slight resistence is felt. When tramming the center, only adjust the Z Offset Value, as adjusting knobs will create an uneven affect on the bed
Continue testing resistence for ② - ⑤. When tramming the corners, only adjust knobs (Do not change the Z Offset Value as it will over compensate the entire offset for one corner)
NOTE: Think of your 3D printer's bed as a balanced system with a central Fulcrum point. Each corner of the bed acts like a lever, affecting the opposite corner when adjusted. For example, lowering one corner raises the opposite corner. To achieve a level bed, it's best to make small adjustments to all four corners simultaneously. This ensures a uniform level without unintended changes in other corners.
Repeat this process for all 5 sections as many times as needed to get the same resistence when moving the paper back and forth on all areas ① - ⑤

Run Automatic Leveling (CR-Touch):

Continuing from the previous step, Select AUTO. LVL. or Select Setting > Device > Leveling from the main screen
Wait for the auto leveling process to complete - the values should automatically be saved to your printer

Adjust Z Offset As Necessary: During printing, Select the Z icon near the top right of the screen and Z-axis Comp. adjust your Z offset to ensure you get a good first layer. Refer to the First Layer Graphic by Billie Ruben.
