PLA is safe to print without an enclosure, comes in various colors, and offers excellent dimensional accuracy. Pros: Low warp, eco-friendly. Cons: Not heat-resistant, brittle under stress. Use Cases: Prototypes, decorative items, cosplay props, toys, and low-stress applications.

PETG filament supported

Durable and Reliable. A great balance between strength and ease of printing. PETG is strong, water-resistant, and perfect for mechanical or outdoor parts. It resists warping but may require fine-tuning to avoid stringing. Pros: High strength, water-resistant. Cons: Stringing can occur, sensitive to over-extrusion. Use Cases: Mechanical parts, food-safe containers, water bottles, protective enclosures, and outdoor tools.

TPU filament supported

Flexible and Elastic. A rubber-like filament perfect for wearable or shock-absorbing parts. TPU offers high flexibility and wear resistance, making it ideal for phone cases, gaskets, and seals. Printing requires slow speeds and careful calibration. Pros: Excellent flexibility, wear-resistant. Cons: Challenging to print, requires proper setup. Use Cases: Phone cases, straps, gaskets, flexible joints, tires, and wearable parts.

ABS filament not supported

Tough and Heat-Resistant. Durable material ideal for functional prototypes and industrial parts. ABS withstands high temperatures and impact, making it great for demanding applications. However, it requires an enclosure to prevent warping and emits fumes during printing. Pros: Highly durable, can be post-processed easily. Cons: Requires enclosure, emits toxic fumes. Use Cases: Automotive components, electronic housings, toys (e.g., LEGO bricks), and durable tools.

Nylon filament not supported

Strong and Wear-Resistant. Ideal for mechanical parts that endure stress or friction. Nylon is highly durable and flexible, with excellent chemical resistance. It requires high temperatures, careful moisture control, and an enclosure for optimal results. Pros: High strength, wear-resistant. Cons: Hygroscopic, requires high temps and enclosure. Use Cases: Gears, hinges, bushings, mechanical tools, and parts exposed to wear or friction.

ASA filament not supported

Weatherproof and UV-Stable. The best choice for outdoor applications and exposure to sunlight. ASA combines the toughness of ABS with superior UV and weather resistance. It's perfect for outdoor signage or automotive parts but requires an enclosure to print effectively. Pros: UV-resistant, durable. Cons: Requires enclosure, emits fumes. Use Cases: Outdoor signage, automotive trim, weatherproof enclosures, and UV-exposed components.
